Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (for EU customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you receive the last item of your order, including weekends and public holidays.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account at https://shopify.com/82279432409/account, go to the "Orders" section, and submit a return request.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

We will refund the cost of the goods and the standard cost of the original outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items.

Standard Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
