Welcome to YANERO. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website yanero.eu and the purchase of products offered through our online store.
By accessing our website, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.
1. About YANERO
YANERO is a Ukrainian brand and manufacturer of handcrafted wooden and metal kitchen and home products, including cutting boards, serving boards, knife blocks, knife holders, fruit stands, napkin holders, wine bottle holders and other home accessories.
Our products are manufactured in Ukraine and sold through our online store at yanero.eu.

2. Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, colours and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Many YANERO products are made from natural wood. Wood is a natural material, and each piece may differ in grain pattern, colour, texture and other natural characteristics. These variations make each product unique and are not considered defects.
Product colours displayed on a screen may also differ slightly from the actual product due to differences in displays, lighting and photography.
Dimensions and weights may have minor variations resulting from the use of natural materials and the handcrafted manufacturing process.
3. Prices
Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.
The final price of an order, including applicable shipping charges and other charges collected by us, will be displayed during checkout before the customer confirms the order.
YANERO ships products from Ukraine.
Depending on the destination country and the delivery method used, import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance charges or other taxes may apply.
Where such charges are included in the price or shipping service, this will be reflected in the applicable checkout or delivery conditions. Where they are not included, they may be collected separately in accordance with the rules of the destination country.
4. Orders
By placing an order through yanero.eu, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate, complete and current.
After an order has been successfully placed, an electronic order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:
- an obvious pricing or product information error;
- product unavailability;
- suspected fraudulent activity;
- inability to process the payment;
- inability to deliver to the specified address;
- other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the amount paid for the cancelled products will be refunded using the original payment method, where possible.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed and dispatched.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Payment providers may apply their own terms, security procedures and privacy policies.
YANERO does not directly store complete payment card details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
YANERO products are dispatched from Ukraine and delivered to supported European and other international destinations.
Our standard estimated delivery time is:
4–9 business days.
Standard shipping costs:
€15.
We offer:
Free shipping on orders of €150 or more, where available for the destination country.
Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will normally receive tracking information where tracking is available for the selected shipping service.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, force majeure events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address, telephone number and other information necessary for delivery.
If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer supplied incorrect or incomplete delivery information, additional shipping costs may apply where permitted by law.

7. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and applicable consumer protection law provides you with a statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by a clear statement sent to:

The notification must be sent before the withdrawal period expires.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the period required by applicable law.
The customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by applicable law and where the return is not caused by a defective, damaged or incorrect product.
8. Return Conditions
Returned products should be returned in their original condition and should not show signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Customers should take reasonable care of products while they are in their possession.
Where permitted by applicable law, the customer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised products.

9. Refunds
Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy and applicable consumer protection law.
Approved refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory refund rights available to consumers under applicable law.
10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Where a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the order, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
11. Natural Wood Characteristics
YANERO products are primarily manufactured using natural wood, including oak.
Wood is a natural material. Differences in colour, grain, texture, growth rings and other natural characteristics are expected and make every wooden product unique.
Such natural variations do not normally constitute product defects.
Wood may also react naturally to changes in temperature, humidity and moisture.
Customers should follow any care instructions supplied with the product or published on our website.
Damage resulting from improper use, incorrect storage, prolonged exposure to water or moisture, inappropriate washing, extreme temperatures or failure to follow reasonable product care instructions may not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Nothing in this section limits statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content available through yanero.eu, including the YANERO name and branding, product photographs, graphics, text, product designs and other original materials, is owned by YANERO or used with appropriate permission.
Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or otherwise use protected content without prior permission, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.
13. Acceptable Use of the Website
You may not use yanero.eu:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to interfere with the security or operation of the website;
- to transmit malicious software or harmful code;
- to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- to collect information about other users without lawful authority;
- in any way that infringes the rights of YANERO or third parties.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers or systems.

Our online store operates using Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, advertising and other functions necessary for operating the store.
Certain features may therefore be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant third-party providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YANERO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
In particular, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory statutory consumer rights.

If you are a consumer residing in a member state of the European Union, the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction providing mandatory consumer protection rights, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law applicable to you.
Mandatory consumer rights relating to product conformity, legal guarantees, withdrawal, returns, refunds and remedies remain unaffected.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
